360 is led by a dynamic and passionate professional, Beth Laughlin. Although Beth has been working with families in the field for the past 25 plus years, the last 19 years Beth's experience has been specifically focused on assisting families during the transition and aftercare process following treatment.
Beth Laughlin has been working in the behavioral health field for 30 years in a variety of counseling, education and business development capacities. Beth received a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University, then went on to earn a Masters Degree in counseling and has worked with families in a number of therapeutic and educational settings in the U.S. and abroad.

They understand the importance of developing a relationship that is based on trust, support, advocacy and accountability. Within the context of this relationship the Transition Specialists and Mentors assists the parents and their child in setting up a successful life for the child following treatment.
360 Transition Specialists and Mentors have years of experience working in the treatment settings that their clients have come from. This common understanding and shared language quickly sets the groundwork for a strong foundation in which to build on.
